The Troilus site has a rich mining history, operating successfully as a gold and copper mine from 1996 to 2010. Today, we are advancing a new phase of responsible resource development, focused on delivering long-term economic benefits while prioritizing modern sustainability practices.
Since acquiring the mine site in 2017, we have conducted extensive geological exploration and drilling, revealing a significantly larger copper and gold deposit than previously understood. In 2024, we completed a comprehensive engineering study, confirming the strong economic viability of responsibly extracting this expanded mineral resource.

As part of the permitting process, we are now conducting an Environmental and Social Impact Assessment (ESIA) to ensure that all environmental, social, and community considerations are thoroughly addressed. This assessment is critical in incorporating feedback from stakeholders, meeting regulatory requirements, and shaping the project’s development in a responsible and transparent manner. Learn more about the ESIA process HERE [See content below].
We are actively engaging with local and Indigenous communities, listening to concerns, sharing information, and integrating feedback into our plans. Our commitment is to work collaboratively to ensure that the Troilus Project is developed in a way that reflects community values, respects the environment, and contributes positively to the region for generations to come.
