Jobs & Training

One of our top priorities at Troilus is to create lasting economic opportunities for the communities closest to the project. We are committed to hiring locally wherever possible and helping build the skills and training needed for meaningful, long-term employment.

Troilus is expected to create up to 1,000 jobs annually during the construction stage and over 680 jobs per year during the 22-year operation. These opportunities will span a wide range of areas, including mining operations, environmental monitoring, administration, maintenance, camp services, and more.

We are already working with Cree businesses to deliver services at our site, and we are proud to welcome Cree students at our project to gain knowledge and hands-on experience in the mining industry. As we move forward, we will continue to prioritize training, apprenticeship, and workforce development initiatives in collaboration with local and Indigenous partners.
